Part 1, Mudbogging & A Campfire:

This Easter weekend ended up to be a blast!!! I started out making my calls to wish everyone Happy Easter, then decided I'd make my favorite banana bread recipe. It turned out great. I decided it was good enough to try it out on my brother and his family so I took it over to them. They seemed to really enjoy it. While I was there I took the opportunity to stay and visit with the family. I truly enjoyed my visit with my brother and his family. It was so great to see my brother feeling well. It was just simply a great day. As the day went on I laughed with the kids, then it ended that we would go mud bogging. For those of you that don't know what mud bogging is, it's just where you take your four wheelers or Rhinos and run them through the muddiest of all mudholes to see if you can pass the course. It was great fun. For those of you that know me, will
know that this is out of the ordinary for me and generally something that I would not attempt to do. But as I was caught in the moment and enjoying my time with the family I decided to go along and just watch. Well once again I was caught in the moment of all moments and ended up participating full speed ahead. I rode across with my brother. As it was intense, and I was screaming partially in fear from not knowing what was ahead, but I still had a blast. The rest of the kids did awesome too. They all took turns riding along the creek to see if they could all make it. It is amazing how having a family team on your side can t
urn the grey skies into blue, and can turn the frowns into smiles of joyfull memories. Thankfully no one got stuck and everyone had an enjoyable time. Which leads me to part two of the day. The campfire. I had a blast and hope you enjoyed watching and seeing everything as much as I enjoyed being a part of it. Thanks for the great memories. Happy Days.

I tried to find you on facebook but there are too many people with your name - and I do not know it well enough to search for you better. Can you find me? I don't check very often, but it would be fun to be friends!
