179th Annual General Conference:

Well my friends, it is once again time for my "Thinking" quiz, on, How Well Did You Listen To General Conference? I thought it would be fun to post a quiz up on basically the things that were mentioned from conference. Now if you don't get the answers to some of them don't feel bad, because what you get from it could be totally different from what I collected from it. So have fun and enjoy, I am curious to see how you've done though. I'll post the answers up later.

1) What was the name of the Elder sustained as the newest member of The Quorum Of The 12 apostles?

2) What did our Prophet mention one of his favorite songs to be?

3) Who spoke about Historic Behavioral Patterns, and quoted "You cannot do a Google search to gain a testimony"?

4) Name the Six destructive D's. Bonus: Name the scripture reference.

5) Who compared the process of photosynthesis to spiritual photosynthesis to the hope and light of Christ. (Note: Also the same speaker of the six destructive D's)

6) Who gave the following quote? "He gave us his gospel. A pearl beyond price"

7) Steven E. Snow of the seventies gave us counsel on how we can successfully deal and accept challenges, and change. What are the four steps that he gave us?

8) Who quoted a child when he said "You are never lost when you can see the temple"?

9) Who talked about The Spiritual GPS Receiver?

10) During the last session, what was the last song sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir?

*Bonus* Who quoted "The future is as bright as your faith"?

Well, I hope you enjoyed the quiz and found some of the answers, but to be truthful I had to take notes on this myself. But just the same I hope everyone was able to attend. If not, you can look for it in your Ensigns or if your a non member and curious you are more then welcome to visit http://www.lds.org/ and view it on their site. I stand to believe that everything I heard over the weekend was true to it's fullest, and greatly appreciated it. In fact I can remember telling my mom how I thought it would be nice if they had General Conference every three months. I hope all of you had a nice weekend. Happy days.
