Today was a GREAT DAY!! I woke up fairly early. Waited for a little while and went over to my neighbor’s house. She just found out she has to be put on oxygen, so things are kind of rough on her right now. She’s pulling through like a champ though. I invited her to get out of the house and go for a pretty drive through our area in the canyon. She agreed. I went, waited with her and brushed up on some skills in learning how her oxygen tanks work, and we headed off. It was great!!!
I know I’ve said this plenty of times, but I just love Fall. it’s a great time of the year. The colors are great! Very warm and inviting.
We spent about an hour or two on the drive, taking pictures, and just taking in all of what life has to offer. She also told some of her memories, while living in the area. Afterwards, we drove over and had a nice visit with her daughter, and then went out for dinner. Just another great day to be out and about.
